Location
Watercolour Cottage sits on Loch Linnhe's shores at the mouth of the Great Glen, with unrivalled views of Britain's highest point, Ben Nevis.

The Cottage
Sleeps 6-8 people plus 3 petsWatercolour Cottage was built in 2009 in a traditional Highland 'Taigh Geal' (White House) style. It sits on the site of an old shepherd's bothy (now the neighbouring byre) and is part of Watercolour Music's legendary Highland residential recording studios and creative retreat.

It's All Yours

We Love Dogs!
Dog-friendly Welcome
We are dog-lovers (owned by the delightful FCR Rycote) and welcome well-behaved, sociable dogs. There's a large enclosed area around the house to run free, although we always ask visitors to be aware of livestock beyond the grounds. Happy to welcome three dugs, occasionally more by arrangement.

Hassle-free Highlands
Leave the Traffic BehindWe have the best of both worlds - within easy striking distance of major tourist destinations such as Glencoe, the 'Harry Potter' Viaduct and Nevis Range, but with fewer visitors on this side of the water, you can often have hills, lochs and beaches all to yourself! So many hidden treasures on the peninsulas too - art, nature, food, adventuring and more. Bikes available, Canadian canoe by arrangement.
